DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within our enterprise segment, cultivating relationships with key accounts, and strategically expanding our market presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the enterprise segment. Identify key accounts and establish strong relationships with decision-makers.

  • New Business Development: Prospect and generate leads within the enterprise market, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to identify opportunities for expansion.

  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their fleet management requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their needs. 

  • Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and pain points to tailor solutions that address their unique challenges. Present our suite of fleet management solutions and effectively communicate value propositions to prospective clients.

  • Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure, track progress, and forecast sales projections. Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

  • Relationship Management: Establish strong relationships with C-level and other key stakeholders within existing and prospective customers. Become a trusted consultant and advisor to successfully match customer vision and requirements to proposed solutions.

  • Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management. 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and support in delivering exceptional service to enterprise clients.

  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic decision-making.

  • Achievement of Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a commitment to driving results and achieving business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. 

  • Previous experience in the fleet management industry is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of fleet operations and industry trends is a plus. 

  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. 

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with C-level executives and key stakeholders. 

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and motivate others towards shared goals. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
