With over a decade in sales leadership across diverse industries like Fintech, Proptech, Logistics, and Fleet Management, he brought a wealth of experience to BizFleets. His current role involves prospecting new business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and supporting revenue forecasting. Sean also plays a pivotal role in CRM administration and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

In his time at BizFleets, Sean has sharpened his project management skills, particularly in managing sales and partnership pipelines. This role requires seamless communication across teams and precise execution of our CEO, Tim Easterwood’s, vision.

For Sean, the people at BizFleets are what make it special. “My favorite part about working at BizFleets is the fact that we take time to get to know each other. This starts all the way at the top of our company with Tim being very open about his background and experiences, which has set the tone for the rest of us to get to know the human being behind the job title at BizFleets,” he says.

Beyond the Office
Sean’s life outside of work is centered around his family. Married for ten years, he enjoys golfing with his eight-year-old son and planning fun activities for his family. A lesser-known fact about Sean? He once managed a Twitter account dedicated to boxing, engaging with fans worldwide for over five years.
Born and raised in Detroit’s northern suburbs, Sean is a proud Michigander and a graduate of Western Michigan University.

Q: What’s the best professional advice you’ve ever received?
“Bet on yourself.” A VP of Sales I had at a previous company shared this with me, and it has stuck with me since.
Q: How would you describe BizFleets’ company culture?
I would describe our company culture as prioritizing strong communication and building connectivity between team members who may work on very different functions. We are a collaborative group and we each carry a respect for the expertise that our teammates bring.
Q: What advice would you give to new team members?
Be flexible and prepared to shift gears quickly. The people who have been quick to change their day-to-day workflows and execute new plans have been key to BizFleets achieving success thus far.
